Event Budgeting!

Whether organizing events to raise mission awareness, engage donors or volunteers, celebrate achievements, or enhance community relations, what factors should we consider in event budgeting? In this workshop, we will explore ROI measurement, rising event costs, staff capacity, accessibility, and all factors that you need to take into account when planning your next event- and how each of these are factored into the budget planning process.
